Terms of Service
The platform prepares; the professional reviews and decides. These terms set out that division of responsibility and the rules for using the service.
01 The service
The platform is preparation software for accounting professionals. It reads documents, proposes coded entries, reconciles records, prepares GST return drafts and working papers, and organises review for the practice.
These terms apply to the practice that opens an account and to every user it invites. By signing up or using the platform, the practice accepts these terms.
02 Professional responsibility
The platform does not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. It does not approve books, decide whether input tax credit is to be claimed, or file returns.
The practice and its qualified professionals remain solely responsible for reviewing all prepared work, for every figure that is approved or filed, and for advice given to their clients. Outputs must be reviewed before they are relied on.
03 Accounts and users
The practice is responsible for who it invites, the roles it assigns, and keeping login credentials confidential. Activity under a user’s login is treated as that user’s activity.
Notify us promptly through the contact page if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
04 Client data
The practice confirms it has the right to upload its clients’ documents and records and to have them processed to provide the service. The practice retains ownership of that data.
We process client data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and keep it confidential.
05 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you have no right to process
- Attempt to access another practice’s or another client’s data
- Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
- Use the platform to prepare records you know to be false
06 Plans, fees and limits
Plans are sized by the number of client entities. Fees, billing periods and entity limits are those set out in the quote or order accepted by the practice. If usage exceeds the plan limit, we will contact the practice to move to the appropriate plan.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as required.
07 Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and to give notice of planned maintenance. Features may be improved or changed over time; where a change materially reduces what a plan includes, account holders will be told in advance.
08 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from prepared work that was approved or filed without adequate review. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by the practice for the twelve months before the claim.
09 Ending the service
The practice may stop using the service at the end of any billing period. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms after notice, or immediately where needed to protect the platform or other users. Export and deletion on exit are described in the Refund & Cancellation policy.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
